For the 2024 -25 academic year we will be looking at changing our Continuous Professional Development (CPD) provision. We want to identify the areas for development with the PE Subject Leaders and then all staff delivering PE across our partnership primary schools. We have therefore asked our PE Subject Leaders to review their confidence and competence using our subject leader self review tool and in September 2024 we will ask the staff delivering PE to do the same using the PE staff self review tool.
This will then form our individual support to staff, our whole school staff training and our central courses.

Please note:
- RESSP schools are schools that pay for an annual service level agreement with the Redcar & Eston School Sport Partnership CIC.
- All other schools are welcome to book onto any CPD other than the RESSP PE Coordinator meetings.
- If schools want a course repeating to their whole staff instead of attending this course or after a delegate has attended a course, then please get in touch for a quote. This is something we encourage because it is a great way to improve PE across the whole school.
- Bookings: Please email info@ressp.co.uk with the delegates name, school and email address.
- Payment: Schools will be invoiced for the cost of the course by Redcar & Eston School Sport Partnership CIC.
- All courses have a cancellation charge attached to them. This will take effect for cancelling within one week of the course date or not attending the course. The cost will be either £30 or the full cost of the course, whichever is greater.
